The PAL Mustang Cheerleaders will be exposed to High School style Cheerleading. Practice several times a week, Cheer on Sundays for their Football team. Varsity Cheerleaders will be divided into Varsity and Junior Varsity.

Tackle Football played on High School Fields and following High School Rules with some safety regulations added for youth football.
