Cheerleading is for girls age 6 by December 31st of the current calendar year and must not have achieved their fifteenth (15) birthday prior to December 31st of the current year. Cheerleaders must be in the 8th grade or lower.
Youth football is open to boys and girls age six (6) by August 1st of the current calendar year and must not have achieved their fifteenth (15) birthday prior to December 31st of the current calendar year. This is league is contact/ tackle football. Protective equipment is issued. The internal teams are for children ages 6 by August 1st to age 9 and under 100 pounds. The Travel teams are for children ages 10 to 14 prior to December 31st of the current calendar year. There is a maximum allowed weight limit of 180 pounds and you must be in 8th grade or lower.
Volunteer Background Check 2012
All adult volunteers (coaches, officials, concession stand workers, etc) MUST complete a background check. Windham Youth Football and Cheerleading will reimburse all volunteers the $15 fee once we receive notice that your background check has been processed and approved.
1 Year League Sponsorship
$200.00 (One Season)
Sponsorship Banner will be hung around Guild Field on fencing and will be up through the end of the football season.
Each Banner is 3' X 4' and can display your organizations logo, tag line, website and/or contact information.
Once the transaction is completed, please e-mail John (jlware@gmail.com) with the specifics of the banner design along with any verbiage and artwork that you would like to have on your banner.

2 Year League Sponsorship
$350.00 (Two Seasons)

You can register your son, daughter, or child (that you are the legal guardian) for cheerleading or youth football easily on-line or by printing the application and mailing in the forms with a check. Ages limits are six (6) years old by August 1st of current calendar year must not have achieved their fifteenth (15) birthday prior to December 31st of the current calendar year. You must be in 8th grade or lower.
You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard or you can mail in a check with the application.
Registration fees are as follows:
Children in family Prior to June 30 July 1 or later
One (1) $65 $80
Two (2) $105 $120
Three (3) $150 $165
Four(4) or more $165 $180
We will need to see an original birth certificate to verify your child's age. A parental/ guardian consent form must also be acknowledged on the on line registration.
A Southern New England Youth Football and Cheerleading (SNEYFC) medical consent form is also required to be completed by your family doctor and then signed by the team head coach.
All volunteers, board members, coaches, officials, etc who have direct contact with the youth in our organization that are 18 years or older must submit the KIDSAFE background check. The cost is $15 and WYFC will reimburse you once we receive confirmation of your background check.
