Football and Cheer Organization
The Burbank Titans are a not-for-profit organization whose objective is to provide organized Football and Cheerleading for children ranging in age from 5 to 14 years old in the Burbank, IL area. The Titans organization strives to teach children the fundamentals of the game, the values of fair play and good sportsmanship. The Burbank Titans are one of the original members of the Metro Youth Football League (MYFL). The Titans are also a member of the Illinois Recreational Cheerleading Association (IRCA) & the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation (IKWF).
The Challenge
In years past, the Burbank Titans had relied heavily on excel spread sheets to help keep registrations and rosters organized. There were late phone calls and emails with coaches and other board members to make changes. Everyone had their own set of excel files that we would have to merge on constant basis. It was an administrative nightmare...but this was the only process Burbank knew (it had always been done that way!), so it worked for them and no one wanted to change.
