Welcome to the Danvers Youth Football (DYF) on-line registration site. We have elected to use this system as a way to obtain accurate and complete information about each family and players for our program. This system will allow families to register for the 2008 fall program 24 hours a day, seven days a week using a MasterCard or Visa credit card or payment by check via the mail. This system will allow you to set up an account (one time effort), then register one of more players for the 2008 Season. The system will automatically calculate individual player fees or a family rate. You will receive e-mail confirmation once you complete the registration process. In addition, we request that each parent that would like to be a coach, assistant coach or volunteer for a position to help a team or our organization also register for one of these positions during the registration process.

This system will allow DYF to manage the registration process, construct teams, create e-mail communication lists and give the coaching staff access to selected player information collected during this process. We anticipate a more efficient registration process and improved communication to the players and parents. This process should take you no longer than 15 minutes to complete if have all the required mandatory information available prior to starting the registration process. This informationn includes:

1.      Full contact information for each parent/guardian including mailing addresses (they can be different) telephone numbers (home, work and cell phone) and e-mail addresses (you can have more than one per parent/guardian). You will also be requested to provide an emergency contact and contact telephone numbers.

2.      You will need to provide information on the player including gender, nick names, birth dates and the player’s current school grade (2007-2008).

3.      You will need to provide complete health information for each player including primary care physician, name of practice/hospital associations, address, telephone number, health insurance provider and health insurance policy number. Note: all these fields are mandatory.

4.      Please have the player’s current weight, number they would like on their jersey, name of school they will be attending 2008-2009. If they remember their jersey size and pants size from last season, please provide this information, although these two items are not mandatory. You will have an opportunity to provide comments/information prior to completing each registration.

Upon completion of the on-line registration, you will be provided instructions for completing the process, such as payment by check, providing birth certificates and coaching applications. If you have any questions during this process, please feel free to contact me.
