Thank You To Our Business Partners For Their Generous Support Of Our Club

FC Somers is a travel soccer club that is affiliated with the Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL). The travel soccer season is comprised of two seasons, fall and spring. In each season there are approximately ten games played. Generally five of the ten games are home and five are away. Games are played on Sundays and will be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Each team practices twice a week. All Somers residents between the ages of 8 to 18 are invited to register and tryout for acceptance into FC Somers. Tryouts occur in May for teams which will play in both the fall and spring season.
What Do Registration Fees Include?
Registration fees cover: Registration with Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL); League competition (up to 9 games per season); Referee fees; Insurance costs; Club administration fees; Uniform: red jersey, black shorts, black socks (uniform replaced every 3 years, see below).
Additional Fees
Training and tournament fees, and supplemental gear (white jersey, warm-ups, backpack,etc) are additional (see below). You will be advised of the training and tournament fees that relate to your team by your Team Manager.
Supplemental Gear Orders
Supplemental gear can be ordered during the registration process and will be added to your registration total, occasionally we offer supplemental gear orders at times other than during the registration process. You can purchase additional gear including; alternate white jerseys, warm-up jackets, warm-up pants, backpacks, additional red jerseys, shorts and socks. When Supplement Gear is open to purchase to start your order, click on orange "Login/Register" bar. Next, click the "Register Now" button next to the players name and select items to purchase. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS: Due to the fact that jerseys are printed they are non-returnable, exchangable or refundable. All other gear is exchangeable if the original tags are attached.
FC Somers Uniform Policy
Adidas team uniforms are replaced every three years. The cost is included in your team registration fee. The included uniform consists of 1 red (home) jersey, 1 pair of black shorts and 1 pair of black socks.
Volunteers
Our club is completely run by volunteers and we need help from every family to keep things running smoothly and safely. Please choose to volunteer to help us out with the projects and activities we have planned for the children.
