This is our inaugural Scholarship Golf Tournament and we hope that it will become an essential part of our scholarship program. By raising “dollars for scholars,” this tournament will help the scholarship fund grow and allow deserving students fulfill their dreams of earning a college degree.
The scholarship is for high school seniors who are graduating in the spring and will be attending an accredited university or college. Through the end of the 2011 school year we have awarded twenty five scholarships aggregating over $50,500. At least six scholarships of a minimum of $1000 each will again be awarded this spring.
Golfers can register as individuals for $295.00 or in teams of up to four players.
The day’s events at Wheatley Hills Golf Club will include:
Brunch/Lunch 11:00 AM:
Shot Gun Start 12:30 PM
Halfway house
Hamburgers/Hot Dogs/ Soda/ Draft Beer
On the Turn
Hot Dogs/ Hamburgers/ Grilled Chicken/Draft Beer
Conclusion of the Round 5pm:
Open bar for 2 hours
Dinner
