COST PER CHILD $ 65.00 (INCLUDES UNIFORM)
LATE FEES APPLY AFTER August 6th ,2010
(Any envelope postmarked after August 6th, 2010 would incur a $10.00 late fee.)
Registration is only complete when your check is received by the club.
SPECIAL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED AS IT CREATES UNBALANCED TEAMS.
EIGHT WEEKS OF FALL SOCCER
KASL IS OFFERING FALL SOCCER STARTING ON SEPTEMBER 11th 2010.
All games are on Saturdays starting at 9:00 am
Registrations and checks postmarked August 6th ,2010 will be placed on a team.
Registrations received after August 7th will get charged a late fee and placed on a team if a spot opens up or the money will be refunded if we are unable to assign your child to a team.
ALL PLAYERS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A COACH AND WILL BELONG TO A TEAM. .
Practice nights will be determined by the volunteer coaches .
Please have a valid e-mail address you can be reached at as all our club communication is done via e-mail.
ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE CO-ED TO KEEP THINGS AT A RECREATIONAL LEVEL.
WE ALSO NEED COACHES . PLEASE SIGN UP TO BE A VOLUNTEER COACH AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH HELP EVEN IF YOU ARE NEW TO SOCCER OR COACHING.
Upon sign-up as a coach please send in a passport size picture with your name written on the back and the age division you are signing up for. Include your childs name on the back .
