SPRING REGISTRATION 2012

LATE FEE
A late fee of $15 goes into effect JANUARY 1, 2012

Optional Fundraiser
A Gertrude Hawk candy sale fundraiser is available for those who wish to participate. The registration fee will be reduced by $20 for selling one box of candy. The fee will be reduced by $40 if you choose to sell 2 boxes. Boxes of candy cannot be returned to Lititz Youth Soccer Club.

Online Registration
Online Registration available: November1 , 2011 to January 31, 2012

In-Person Registration
For accuracy, online registration is strongly encouraged. However, for those who still prefer or require an in-person registration, you may do so at the LYSC monthly meeting November 3, 2011 7:30-8:30pm at the Warwick township building.

Final Day for Registration
Registration is closed after January 31, 2012. After that time, players will only be accepted to fill out team rosters as needed with age group coordinator approval.
