Welcome to the NBAC Lacrosse On-Line Registration Site! Registration for the 2009 Season is closed.

Things to keep in mind:

Checks, copies of birth certificates and proof of residency must be mailed to:

Suffolk PAL forms and the NBAC Code of Conduct must be printed off the NBAC Lacrosse website, signed and submitted to your coach or mailed with payment.

Grades may be combined based on enrollment.

Uniform numbers requests are not guaranteed.

For families with multiple players
- register all children at the same time to receive the family disccount.
- payments must be made in full if using a credit card [Visa or MasterCard ONLY]
- to make installment payments, contact Steve Walsh before registering
- for approved installment payments, you must pay by check, you must pay for the first child in full and submit payments by check as agreed with Steve.
