- Pricing for Online Registration is based on the total registration price per participant, which is determined by your organization. We completely understand that any additional fees can be tight for not-for-profit sports organizations, but when you are alleviating a lot of stress not only on volunteers, but your families having to stand in line to register…the small additional cost is totally worth it. Many organizations cover these costs by “grossing up” their registration fees by a small amount.
- When will I be charged?
- Your sports organization won’t pay one single cent until your first registration or transaction is processed.
- What is a “Free Test Account?” Is it really free?
- A Free Test Account is really free. We won’t charge you in 30 days, we won’t send you a bill and we won’t force you into any decisions you are not ready to make. A free test account is basically our way of letting you try the system for free to see if you like it. You test drive a car before you buy it right? Remember, you don’t pay anything until you take your system “live” and accept that first registration. So, yes…it’s really free. Really!
- We’re nervous about accepting payments online. Is the system secure?
- Absolutely! You can view how secure by checking out our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. And, we understand that there are still people who are uneasy about inputting their information out in the World Wide Web. SO, for those people in your sports organization who are nervous about paying online with a credit card, we also give you the option of accepting checks or cash and processing them through the system as well.
