The Clubs / Leagues under you register players, and that data needs to roll up to you so you can easily see at a glance:

  • What are registration counts by club / league?
  • How do they compare to last year?
  • What are people registering for?

The system lets you drill down to see divisions, teams, rosters, and player information.

Accurate Data

It is important to have the best possible data in the system. We help ensure that with the process club / league data goes through when loaded into the system.

We build a database of players and coaches, and track their registration activity over the years. So we can look back and see that a particular player has played travel 2 seasons with this club, and played Intramural 4 seasons with this other club.

Integrating Systems

You and your member Clubs / Leagues may be using different computer systems for managing registration / player information. It is vital that these different systems operate well together for perfect information exchange

Members Using SportsSignup

If some of your members are using our Club Solution or our Regional Organization Solution, integration is perfect and bi-directional. Changes made in one system are reflected in the other. Instantly. If a roster needs to get adjusted, either your organization or your member can go in and make the change, and the change is propogated automatically.

Tasks can be performed at either level. Need to print Player Passes? Your organization can do it, or your member can.

Members Using Other Systems

We provide data importing capabilities to ensure data is brought in properly into our system from your members. So they can continue using the system they have, and you can get their data loaded into your system.

Running Reports

You have tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of players. The only way to make sense of that much information is through versatile reports. Reports give you an understanding and the control you need to run your organization.

Drill-down Reports - start at an overview (registration counts by member), and drill down by any number of variables to discover the real meaning of the data

Find Reports - find clubs / teams / players by name or attribute

Error Reports - look for certain situations, such as multiple registrations, or birthdate / division mismatches, to help enforce your organizational rules

Communicating with Players / Coaches

The system tracks player / coach emails and street addresses, so you now have the ability to communicate to your members.

 

Choose who you send to:

  • Send to a specific League or Club
  • Send to a specific Team
  • Send to players of a certain age

Communicate anything:

  • Announce tryouts
  • Send newsletters
  • Announce rule changes

Producing Player Passes

Producing player passes can be time-consuming.. Our integrated system allows the job to be shared between regional organizations and clubs.

And it creates an official proof of registration with a computer-generated signature of the authorized person!

Not only does SportsSignup generate passes with authenticity, but it also assigns player numbers that correspond with roster numbers. After a player gets rostered to a team, the region office has the authorization to produce the pass. It can then either produce each pass or OK a pass to be produced by the clubs.
