Dear Prospective USA California Lacrosse Player: Thank you in advance for applying to participate on one of our trips. This is a multiple step application process. The first step is for you to apply and provide us with your qualifications. If you're approved to be on the team then the second step will be to complete your application and pay a non-refundable deposit. All of the steps are outlined below. - Complete the application to be a part of the team and wait for notification of acceptance. The $25 application fee is non-refundable but it will be applied to the total amount due for your trip.
- If accepted to the team, complete the rest of your information form and pay your non-refundable deposit. This would be a great time for you to purchase travel insurance that covers cancelation as well as provides medical coverage overseas.
- Make sure your passport is in order and expires at least six months after the trip dates.
- Make sure you get an entry visa for the country you're visiting. At this point the only trip that requires an entry visa is our China & Japan trip. The visa is required for China but not Japan.
- Pay your balance by April 18th for the Early Bird Special price.
- Pay your balance by May 1st for the regular price.
